Standing up to hospital’s live birth abortion policy

Cradle My Heart Today | Jill’s story 3-15-2018

Jill Stanek was a registered nurse working in labor and delivery when she discovered the disturbing truth. Listen now:

"Jill Stanek Cradle My Heart Radio guest"

Jill Stanek

A baby born with Down syndrome was sent to the soiled utility room to die.

She was ordered not to intervene but she held the child until their death.

She complained to hospital leaders after learning other babies were being aborted alive to die without medical care.

They said that they would not stop.

So, Jill went public and became a national figure in the effort to protect both born and pre-born infants.

We never know how God will bless our efforts to do the right thing in difficult circumstances, especially when we risk offending the powers that be.

Though she suffered the loss of employment and persecution in the short term, today Jill is a leading advocate for the cause of life. Her story shows how God rewards when we trust and obey.

God blesses those who obey him; happy the man who puts his trust in the Lord. Proverbs 16:20 TLB
