Fast Fact on fetal tissue trafficking – The Center for Medical Progress dropped another undercover video last week. The latest video presents evidence that Planned Parenthood worked in-house with organizations harvesting fetal tissue from abortions. Regardless of the legality of such activity, the evidence presented shows PP incurs zero cost for handling the tissue, refuting the claim that Planned Parenthood is merely re-imbursed for expense.
Fast Fact on activism – Viral video shows pro-life teenaged sidewalk activists being verbally abused by Zach Ruff, vice principal of Downington STEM Academy in Chester County, Pennsylvania. Here’s the full video [Warning: graphic language]. Ruff has since been placed on administrative leave, and has apologized. Despite his profanity-laced tirade of verbal abuse and bullying, a petition for his reinstatement has been signed by 20,000 people.
Fast Fact Presidential appointment – Americans United for Life leader Charmaine Yoest was named as Assistant Secretary of Public Affairs at the Department of Health and Human Services. While Yoest has stirred controversy among abortion rights advocates for her pro-life advocacy, her appointment by President Trump was hailed by pro-life leaders, as well as Speaker of the House Paul Ryan:

Fast Fact taxpayer funding of abortion – Politico reports that under the guise of averting a government shutdown, Republicans failed to defund Planned Parenthood. And The Federalist lists 10 Reasons why Congress Should Defund Planned Parenthood from women who have been there. The list includes deception, coercion, fatalities, cover-ups and an overall lack of oversight or accountability.
Fast Fact Cookiecott – The Girl Scout Cookiecott movement has been in the wind for years, and now some Kansas City Catholic schools are breaking ties with the Girl Scouts over affiliation with Planned Parenthood. The Girl Scouts haven’t issued a statement, but state their neutrality on abortion on their US website. Radiance Foundation and others have documented Girls Scouts USA’s ties to abortion activism.
